LAZ Parking - 225 N 38th Street

I paid monthly subscription and plan to just park for a month, but it is autopay without any email reminder or anything. Also cancel subscription is super complicated and when you try to make a phone call most of the time nobody will answer. You can’t cancel subscription through website and the credit card information is locked so you basically just need to call thousands times til you are lucky enough to be picked up.

It's ok. Occasionally has problems with reading credit cards, at least for me, but neither better nor worse than most lots in the area. Gates are positioned a little weird and require a little extra care entering and exiting.

For convenience, it’s excellent. The kiosks on the first floor are often left without paper to print receipts. It can often be difficult to get in and out of the garage as street parked vehicles are parked too close to the entrance.

Difficult to work the ticket machine after turning into the lot. Bax is right at entrance. Have to nearly get out of the truck to reach the box. On the way out it took forever to approve card and open gate. Other than that, it's a clean lot.

No humans. Faulty enter and exit system. Impossible to get a customer service rep on the phone. We can’t get our car in or out of the garage on the weekend even tho we bought a monthly membership.
