Got to admit I was really impressed with the Austin Skyline when did this happen?

WAY too crowded. The attendant keeps adding cars even after all the slots are full. He has to move cars around when you are ready to go. A car could easily get scratched or dinged.

Charges way more than advertised. Rates are posted in huge numbers to attract traffic but charges significantly more than what they have plastered all over the place. Deceptive. There is no explanation as to why the charges are much higher, despite consistent and clear signs all over the place with numbers that are not aligned with reality. It's completely automated so there is no human to correct the mistake either. Good location though.

Terrible system of paying for your car. After an evening concert at the Blue Hill Pavillon. We had to wait in a line for over 45 minutes to get out of the lot. The charge card gate was not accepting charges. And the cash gate was all backed up. They had only one person working the lot. If I could rate this zero stars I would. A better system would be to collect the fee as you enter the lot, as it was a flat fee in the evening. Very poor system. I also witnessed drivers getting so irritated they were yelling at each other. I will never park there again.

Well placed garage building. Easy access and only few mins walking from the center. Average pricing.
