LAZ Parking - 45 Province Street

Took over 35 minutes to get my car back from the valet. THey brought up the wrong car multiple times. The people were kind, but a 35 minute wait is insane.

Such an unprofessional organization. I had used their services when I had stayed at the Kimpton Nine-Zero Hotel on 11/24/21. The valet drivers were extremely unprofessional as they were being arrogant about driving my car making reference to how fast it is and it’s an exotic car. That from the get up should’ve steered me clear of their services. The next day when I had them retrieve my car they had left it under the dark valet parking and shaded area. I didn’t think too much of it till I saw my vehicle again and they had left deep dark scratches on the finish of my car. Once I contacted LAZ they had denied any my claim because I had left the property. Although it would be impossible to see anything on the car given the area it was retrieved. They are extremely unprofessional and unwilling

UPDATE I FOUND A USED TAMPON IN MY TRUCK THAT IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT MINE. THESES PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING. The parking attendants will tell you you HAVE to tip them otherwise they won't park you if you have an oversized vehicle. Sketchy as hell.

I left my car and key with the 45 Province Street Garage for a few hours on 8.13.2022 and when I returned my handsfree headset/mic for my cellphone had been taken from my vehicle console. Since the cars go up an elevator and the public isn't allowed near the cars, whoever parked my car stole my headset. It's useless without the charger, so it makes no sense. DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN FROM YOUR VEHICLE
