LAZ Parking - 550 N. Brand Blvd

Very poor customer service. There's not enough staff that they're using the security guards to do their job whenever the exits need their service... I'm just wondering, what's going on with that professional image that you guys need to represent for providing excellent customers....???!!!

Worst experience ever. Their system was down and had me wait for someone to come collect payment while my newborn was crying in the car. If your system is down, you should open your gates and not have people wait 20 minutes.

Terrible. There was a big sign saying 2 hours free parking, totally misleading. Call Laz parking who said will investigate. Wait a week and still no respnse. Bad management and irresponsible. Avoid.
