LAZ Parking - 75 W Harrison

Easy access to get in and safe, clean area. Spaces inside are pretty tight with the cement pillars (I drive a full size sedan). The door to get into the garage locks after hours but a simple call button is available and security lets you in. Had issues leaving but not sure if it was the garage system or the parking app used. Wouldn't take our online barcode and kept asking for a parking ticket. Again, used the call button and had assistance to get out after confirming our parking reservation.

I reserved this spot with spot hero from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. There was a valet staff member with an African accent, he was very friendly until it was time to leave. We entered the garage to get our car at 11:55 am, the valet person was no where to be seen until we spotted him on the other side of the garage. He came to give us our keys and we scanned our QR code at 12:02 PM. The code was not working, he came to help and told us that we had to pay even though we were on time to get our car. We tried to explain this to him but he got a little aggressive and told us that we were lying that he saw us coming in late and that we needed to pay. If you show up and park here you will have to leave your keys with the guy at the front. Also, got my credit card info stolen here. Used a card that I use once every couple months, same day I used the card 3 charges appeared from cinemark in boulder colorado. Beware…but I don’t really think people look at parking garage reviews.

The attendant was very rude & obnoxious. Not customer service friendly at all. I didn’t see a sign posted & he yelled at me about not reading it that I need to back all the way back to the front to read the sign. I hit the yellow post trying to back all way back to the front damaging my vehicle. When all the attendant had to do was tell me was to leave my key in the ignition & that he will park it for me. Smh I will not recommend parking here EVER!

It's a place to park. But super tight spaces. Lots of concrete posts. Two-way lanes that only fit one car across (cross your fingers you don't meet someone going the opposite direction).
