LAZ Parking - 750 N Glebe Rd

I am a resident here and Laz recently power washed the parking garage. With no regard for my vehicle, my car was completely coated in dirt, dust and grime. I reached out to Laz management and Yidnekachew Dessalegn responded saying that this happens and they are not responsible for fixing the issue. This was a blatant disregard for my property. Your car is not safe here.

The worst parking lot, zero attention and they want to steal from you. In the new APP you pay for your phone, you have to enter your data and they don't have confidentiality. It's a pity that there is Target that exempts you from payment if you arrive before 1 hour.

I would advise everyone to not park here. We grabbed a ticket to park so we could run into Target. My girlfriend accidentally threw the ticket away with other trash while walking in to Target. Because of this, I tried to get a new ticket, but was unable to. I then called the number listed on the machine and was informed that the number was a wrong number. I then went to a pay machine and called the help desk. The first person hung up on me after stating they would assist since the lost ticket fee is $42. I called back and explained the situation to another person. She attempted to call management/help multiple times, but could not get an answer. This parking garage massively overpriced--up to 1 hour is $6, 1-2 hours is $11, 3+ hours is $14. This is absolutely absurd pricing. Instead of parking here, park up the the road one block at the Ballston Mall for up to 3 hours for just $1 or up to 3 DAYS for just $10.

Horrible customer service. I used to park here 3-4 times a week and now I will not be parking here again. Very disappointed in how I was treated and with the “help” that was provided.
