LAZ Parking - 779 Riverside Garage

We purchased parking from this garage online for a trip to visit my uncle who lives on 170th street. The rates seemed reasonable so it seemed to be worth a 15-20 min walk. However, when we got there the attendant initially said they couldn’t accommodate us and that purchasing the parking online was no guarantee. He then acted like he was doing us a great favor to accept the car. Fast forward 2 days when I showed up to get my car, the attendant (a different person this time) told me I owed him $20 more because I was late picking it up. When I showed him my online reservation which proved I was actually 45 min early he then told me it was because my car was too big. We have a Toyota Highlander and there was no mention of an upcharge for a midsize SUV when I purchased the parking online

Booked on SpotHero, showed up and they wouldn't let me in, said they were full.

I've parked here monthly a couple of times, and up until til now it's been fine, but I couldn't access my car today. Initially I've been calling an hour in advance to get my car as per instructions from one of the attendants since the text system didn't work for me before. Last night I called to arrange to grab my car this morning, guy tells me to call this morning an hour ahead, and when I call for a 7am pickup at 6 I'm told it's buried all the way in the back and won't be accessible til 9. He says I needed to text the night before, which the guy last night didn't tell me. So I'm stuck. It's not a lift garage where they can bring it down, this is ground level and the cars are piled in so it's car Tetris. Do not ever make a reservation on a parking app and come here. They will never honor it. I made the reservation 2 days In advance. No apology issued. Just a “you can’t park here”. Drove over 3 hours to come here with a fussy toddler just to be treated like this!
