LAZ Parking - 800 Huntington

DONT PAY ONLINE - TOTAL SCAM. I bought a reservation ahead of time because it was cheaper. Or so I thought. The QR code I got with my online reservation was “invalid” and the machine wouldn’t accept it. The best the attendant could do was tell me to call the number on the sign and hope they refund me, but I had to pay AGAIN to get out. So $24 online plus the $35 in person. Called and got someone who said I’d get a call back within two days, surprise no call… now I’m out both fees with seemingly no recourse. Total scam EDIT 1/27/26: the manager of the lot refunded my daily $35 fee - not sure if they have operations in place to correct the error I ran into, but they did refund me!

Valet is really slow/understaffed. I don’t care if it takes a while to retrieve a car but 10-20 minutes just to drop it off made us so late that they threatened to cancel my grandmother’s appointment.
