Terrible experience at 875 N Michigan Ave parking. Most unhelpful customer service I’ve ever encountered. Refused to acknowledge prior payment when exiting and required me to pay ‘again’ to exit the garage. 1 star is generous. Avoid this place or it’ll cost you.
