LAZ Parking - 9 West Garage

BE CAREFUL! We paid for parking on Best Parking app. Upon arrival, they scanned the barcode that we paid for. When leaving, they charged us ~$75. Just naturally we gave them the credit card but shortly after we realized that we already paid. We asked for a refund right away but they said it was company policy to not give a refund…. Really? They were very rude and not professional. Especially Anthony.

This is absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. We were literally scammed for more money and forced to leave. We paid in full last night, but they still made us pay extra today and refused to cancel the additional $71 charge. There was a guy named Anthony who was incredibly unprofessional, and the rest of the team did absolutely nothing to help. I’m beyond upset and extremely disappointed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited 15 minutes to get my car but a group of 5 came after me and were able to receive theirs right away. No one tells you anything, the staff is just waiting talking amongst each other.

Never park here! They scammed us for additional fees for nothing. We booked through the app and it was absolutely clear we need to pay 37 dollars in total. No information at all for some additional fee. And then they forced us to pay more.

A disreputable and lazy lot. We have been monthly subscribers for 1 year, and have put up with a lot of slow service and occasions of smelling alcohol in the breath of the workers. Today was the last straw. My mother texted 30 minutes in advance to get the car ready and when she shows up she sees a garage empty of customers and 3 workers loafing around. She asks where's the car and they respond in a nasty voice saying that the priority is the hotel guests of the area, as if any of the 3 workers were doing anything at the moment. One of them eventually went and got the car. Apparently repeat customers are not of importance. We're canceling our subscription today. Don't do monthly there, they will mistreat you.
