LAZ Parking - Battery Parking Garage

Good luck driving out to exit this parking garage….very narrow turns… no visible signs where driving exit. “Exit” signs you see will be for people who parked cars. Very confusing “forks”. I guess, they don’t wanna make 15 min threshold once you paid your parking ticket:) LAX parking team asked for suggestions… here: don’t be “LAZy” and get in the car and try to get out from top level to street exit and see where you wish were EXIT signs, better made split-forks so you won’t keep driving circles…and pay extra $23 at the exit because all that “adventure “ will take you more than 15 minutes.. Suggestions to drivers: pay only at exit when you drive. Don’t pay in advance by those machines…

Love the convenience but lately it feels like they are trying to force this into a monthly pass parking place only. I make reservations for my parking weeks in advance and now when I get there it's blocked and when they let you in they say o well we aren't supposed to let you in unless you are a monthly pass. Why give the option and advertise to park daily if you have your attendants telling customers it doesn't matter if you prepay we don't have to honor it unless you are a monthly member

Great parking. Spots are tight but we were able to get a big end spot.

Easy accessible parking garage near Battery Park. Very convenient to reach all the attractions. MTS is also very close by. We've reserved the parking through Spot Hero app one day in advance for Sunday on Labor Day weekend. It was for 12 hours of parking price of $26. It was very reasonable price. Plenty of parking lots available. Easy to access the entrance and exit. If we've barcode, we can scan while entering and leaving. Otherwise we can also buy with credit card. All is authentic. Elevator available to reach all level of garage. At L level, they have rest rooms which are for free for customers but it can be accessible by public as well as there is no lock to main doors or restrooms.

The parking location is great who wants to visit the 9/11 tribute center. Also from this location, you can ride the train to go to another downtown street like Times Square. You will get great views of the street. But the parking rate is not understandable. We paid $49 for 6 hours of parking.
