LAZ Parking - Block Y Garage - 1301 W Madison

Paid for an expensive subscription for monthly parking and then got completely ignored. The number for the garage manager on their office door is wrong and when I finally got a hold of Vicky she got an attitude and talked to me very disrespectfully. We still have no parking pass for our paid monthly subscription. Avoid this company if you can.

Scammers. Listed on spot hero as Event parking for UFC yet couldn’t arrive early for event and had to leave 2 hours early from event to prevent a tow or getting charged double. No room to park even small compact cars. Had to scrap my side mirror along the concrete wall just to have enough room to get out my driver side door. And no the person parked next to me wasn’t on the line or over the line and also had a small compact car. No mirrors coming out of the parking garage to look out for the thousands of event goers walking the sidewalks. Will never recommend or be back ever again

Do not park here they oversell spots and not giving me a refund. I and a few others I know were in same boat. Will have to dispute charge with credit card company likely. I should have read others reviews. I was late to concert and missed an hour of it due to this inconvenience. Cars kept coming into the garage non stop.

This is a very reasonably priced garage. We paid $17 for our time here(approx 7 hours) on a Sunday night. We walked back and forth from the United Center for our concert. It was a short, easy, and safe walk. The parking spaces are VERY tight, though. Be sure to fold your mirrors and drive carefully.

Nightmare to get out iof. Took almost an hour to get out of after a show at the United Center. Then I was charged $8 for exceeding the reservation by 15 minutes.
