LAZ Parking - Columbia & Date

$32 for 0-2 hours. Total trap. You enter the garage not knowing the price and end up paying this crazy rate. If they have added the rates to the entrance we would not end up here! Also it smells really horrible inside this mediocre but insanely overpriced parking garage.

Very convenient for Little Italy, but also very not cheap. Make sure you’re happy with the prices before going in. Parking itself is fine, if a little narrow in places.

boooo get a load of this guy. the rates are a ripoff and the staff are nitpicky so you might get a ticket. i beg, if you have the chance go somewhere else to park.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this parking structure. We were 20 minutes over our time limit, and although the attendant mentioned there’s a 10-minute grace period—and that he personally extends it to 15 minutes—he still decided to issue us a ticket within those extra 5 minutes, citing “the rules.” It felt inconsistent and arbitrary, as he seemed to be adjusting the rules at his own discretion. To add to the frustration, our only options were to pay a $60 ticket on top of the $30 we’d already paid for two hours or to buy an additional $30 for two more hours, just to cover the small amount of time we went over. It felt like a total money grab. My advice? Just purchase the 8-hour option for $40 to avoid this kind of situation. Apparently, a 5-minute

Parking was overpriced. Parking attendant made up for that! He gave us recommendations even though we were from LA LOL that literally made our day! We are so thankful and can’t stop talking about the lovely memory he created for us. THANK YOU!
