LAZ Parking - Copley Place Central

They say 25$ on the front but is not clear how this work. I parked 7pm and I ask the security guy if is 15$ with the validation stamp, he said yes but the stores are closing. I told him I was going to The View and he didn't inform me is another parking for the prudential and they will not validate my ticket. Also I try to get something in Copley place and all 3 stores I asked did not validate at all. I ended up paying 44$ instead paying 15$ in the other garage because the employee doesn't know how explain properly. And didn't finish there. The machine does not want accept my PAID ticket and open the gate. I call the security and 3 times not answer. After million tries and my blood pressure probably all way high for the stress, the gate decided to open and I was free! But if I need to want

Convenient location right in Copley Square. Pretty tight parking spots though. As you drive through it's pretty easy to loose your sense of direction. Make sure you write down your area and garage color.

DO NOT BUY A MULTI-DAY PARKING PASS. I purchased a parking pass for five day from 5/21 to 5/25 using their app. The app does not tell you that the permit is only for single entry and single exit. I was only able to use the parking pass to enter the parking lot once on the first day. I was not able to re-enter after just one use. I contacted the company customer service multiple times without any response. I file a dispute via my credit card, and the company still refuses to give a pro-rated refund. I would give the company a zero star if this was an option. PARK DOWN THE STREET AT THE NEXT PARKING LOT.

The address that I got on my ticket (100 Huntington Ave, Boston) sent me to a wrong Parking garage. I was stuck in traffic searching for the right place, which I couldn't find and I lost my money. I ended up paying a different parking. What a waste of time and money. Please, update the address so people don't have to stress out about the time and money. I almost got late to see Paul McCartney at Fenway Park.

Couldn’t find the entrance. Wish I checked the reviews before prepaying as I wouldn’t have booked here if I did.
