LAZ Parking - Edgewater Garage

The management for this garage is some of the worst I have encountered. They are almost impossible to get a hold of and are unwilling to help for the most part. When I first started parking there were no reserved spots but without notice allocated the majority of spots for residents. Additionally, I have been locked in for over 2 hours due a broken gait causing me to be late to work. They do provide EV charging but do not enforce parking time limits and one of the chargers have been down for months. I find them extremely unprofessional and do not recommend parking there.

Rear window was smashed. Cameras only at gates and not all of them work. Got a shot of a suspicious individual leaving at 4:46 am with gloves and something blunt hidden under his sweatshirt but nothing conclusive. From asking around and previous reviews, it sounds like break-ins are frequent. They need more surveillance but they often have a wait-list for monthly parking so I don't think they're motivated to change anything.

No longer can park here without a monthly pass. It will not let you in the garage tried the last few days and was denied saying monthly parkers only

Saw the past reviews and was scared to park there. But took the risk because it was the closest to my destination and I’m too pregnant to walk more. Anyways, it was a Saturday from 4-8 pm and I had no issues. It was pretty full in there too.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Unless you want your car broken into I suggest parking elsewhere. There are multiple break ins every single night. Zero stars.
