LAZ Parking - Hearthstone Garage

Reserved a spot for the snowstorm days ahead, got there and was told the lot was full. No refund told me to contact Spot Hero. Had to drive around the area in a white out and look for another lot. Luckily found Dutch House Garage which was accommodating. What is the point of reservations?

DO NOT park here. I booked this garage through Way.com. (Do not use Way.com either) The contact number is not correct. I had ZERO ways to contact the lot to let them know my flight was delayed. I now get in at 11 and I will not be able to get my car until 5am. NO way of contacting anybody. The number Way.com gave me is saying this voicemail has not been set up! Not a valid phone number!

Parked here recently for a few days when I went on a trip from LGA (about 15min uber ride away). New and clean garage in the Heartstone apartment building. Affordable rate (through 3rd party booking website). Staff was friendly and easy to contact by phone and text. They had my car ready to go when I came back.

Be careful if you are booking through Spot Hero. Paid for my spot and showed up and was told there was no "room."

They take zero accountability about anything and lie to your face. They leave nails on the floor and never sweep. The manager pretends he isn’t in charge and will tell you to speak with new hires as if they’re his superior. Absolutely ridiculous.
