LAZ Parking - Hudson Crossing Garage

So rude!!! Yes I know New Yorkers are known to be rude but when you are employed somewhere and deal with customers, change your attitude ! For the important part of this though for anyone that books here, if you stay here 7 days or longer, might as well do the monthly parking pass. Its cheaper. Anyways, drop your luggage off beforehand if you have a lot or have it ready because you don’t get to go back to your car to get your luggage once you drive in it. The guy at the beginning when I dropped mine off was fine, he looked like he didn’t really wanna be there but it’s whatever. He was nice and waited for me to get my stuff out of my car ( I was rushing) and gave him my keys and I walked a block to my hotel. Not far at all. 5 minute walk tops. This is a SCAM! The worst place you can park in NYC. They were extremely rude and OVERCHARGED me! If there is a place I could possibly avoid at any other time in my life, this would be the place. Awful.

The workers went through my vehicle while in their facility. My daughter left her wallet in my console which I was unaware of. They stole $150 cash out of it. Would not recommend this place!

The workers on the morning of 12/27/2024, around 7:30 AM, two African Americans behaved extremely rudely and wouldn’t even give me the rate, telling me they could charge me $80 for the early bird. Additionally, they disrespected me with their aggressive behavior, raised voices, and insulting words. This is not the only parking lot in the area, so if you’re considering a place, this one is definitely not recommended.

Parked an SUV here for about 48 hours (Wednesday evening - Friday evening). We had no issues. Paid through SpotHero including the oversize vehicle fee. Quick drop off and pick up.
