LAZ Parking - Motor Mart Garage

Love this company's app. Makes parking in the city much easier as you can get access and dont have to fumble with cash. This location is an old time parking garage. Narrow ramps. Not sure when building was built but looks like something out of a gangster movie. Glad I didnt bring my F-150 crew cab truck. Would never have fit.

I found what I think 🤔 was a good discount for 12 hrs of parking through the SpotHero app. I was able to scan my barcode at the entrance though a woman with an Australian accent said she was having problems entering and asked for my help. This is the first time I have ever parked here and I couldn't help since I had to drive on. This garage is less than ten minutes walking distance from Boston Public Gardens, which was good 👍 news for my daughter! The elevator 🛗 was in good condition. There was an attendant directing traffic at the exit and he kept his temper in check when someone on the street ran a stop 🛑 sign. Hertz has a car 🚗 rental office here. Got a validation from a restaurant and when went to pay, because the validation time exceeded 2 minutes, they charged the whole parking time, not getting a credit for the validated time, VERY unfair and uncommon. Will never park there again!

I don't think this place is that bad but they really need to fix the qr code scanners. It takes forever to get it to scan and one time it wouldn't work no matter what so I had to get a ticket and pay full orice there's a help button that puts you into a call, but neither party can hear each other so it doesn't do anything
