Amazing staff , great customer services! They always answer their phones. Staff is very helpful & informative! 5 start experience every time! Shout out to gerald & craig they helped me figure out how to use the parking meter.

Should allow for the whole garage to be payed through our phones. The constant weed smell is a nuisance. Have DC Fast Charging stations is excellent.

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting for a refund for 5 months now. Nowbody answers their phone. Staff is very incompetent and unhelpful. Never have answers for you and all the process is very slow with them. Will never use them again and will never recommend to other people

No directions to drivers on how the parking situation works . Not everyone lives in New Roc City or frequents often.

Ooo my god world No 01 awful service staff don't no anything gave me wrong information took 2 tickets, even I had the parking permit please please please be careful horrible terrible time and money west, the lady who works don't know anything about the job wondering how she got the job
