LAZ Parking - NU - Renaissance Park Garage

One of the best parking garages I ever parked my Corvette in. Car doesn't have a single scratch on it and I felt confident leaving it there. Good incline and exit for low sitting cars (I have Z07 performance) Super friendly staff. Made my day everytime passing by the booth on entrance/exit. Pretty busy parking with rather wide spaces and edge spots available on upper floors. Nice rooftop view. Good monthly price for that standard of a garage. Never had any issue. Friendly young professional type of people in elevator.

They instituted a fee at the chargpoint charging station...THE ELECTRICITY IS SUBSIDIZED BY MY EMPLOYER AND IS FREE....NOW I PAY A 10$ FEE and every nurse who works for the hospital pays a 10$ fee..NOW YOU KNOW HOW LAZ MADE 2 BILLION IN PROFIT FOR 2024......

Yes there is an elevator here! I had trouble finding it until I got out of my car.

Overall convenient in a good location, always available spots, but a few issues. The spots are narrow, not great if you have wide doors. The license plate readers for pass holders are spotty, sometimes they work, other times I need to get out my pass to scan. The exit also has a campus sidewalk directly in front of it and it's hard to see people/bikes before pulling out.

If you have a parking validation/coupon, good look leaving the parking garage, especially on a weekend, as there's nobody there to let you out / scan your validation (since the validation doesn't have a Barcode). Oh look, it happened again. 8pm on a Saturday. I sure love waiting 30 minutes to leave.
