If you are looking to experience the famous NYC parking scam, you found the right place. Tried to charge us an extra $10 because we returned early. Only when we started to walk away, they called us back. These are the people who give NYC a bad name. If you are interested in experiencing it first hand, look them up.

F this place -- a customer next to me was 2 minutes late (32 minutes) and had to pay the next price which was for 2 hours. So instead of $15 she paid $60. I was also charged $60 despite being 10 minutes late (40 minutes). We also let them know beforehand that we'll be parking 30 minutes but might be a little over and they didn't warn us that we'd be charged $60. When confronted, the lady at the desk cussed us out saying we parked over the time limit and that it was our faults. Additionally, while waiting an obnoxiously long time to get my car back, a group of ladies had their car and bags looked through and had $500 stolen from them. They know their business model, they're trying to scam you. Don't go to this place, there's plenty of parking down the street.

I recently parked here while visiting Intrepid Museum. Check-in was fast. The attendant requested the key as they may need to move because there is multi-level parking. Both check-in and check out were smooth. Both attendants were polite, friendly, and helpful. Prices were competitive, same as all other places in the area. It was 42 USD for 10 hour parking.

The first person didn’t charge us for the extra money SUV fee and when we were leaving out the person who was working told us that we can pay the $10 difference in cash if not we have to repay the full amount plus the SUV fee, that’s abusive if they didn’t do it at the beginning they should receive the difference also in card but the guy said it will be mailed to our address.

Made reservation in advance; paid in full. We arrived ~5 minutes after reservation time, they turned us down stating the lot is full. You cannot "cancel" because it's already passed the reservation starting time and now we had to pay more for different garage. Don't over-sell your services if you cannot honor it and ruin people's schedule.
