LAZ Parking - Parkview Garage

DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE . There is no marking for the elevators on the side of the garage I was in. I was pushing a stroller and not being able to find the elevators made it difficult to find my way out of the garage or to find my car. I made the mistake of paying before getting to the gate so since I could not find my car, my payment was forfeited, and my validation negated. That resulted in me being CHARGED TRIPLE the rate stated. I was stuck in the garage and very scared. There was no onsite help, and the offsite help at 7:00 pm when I was there was unhelpful. I have a subscription in my building for LAZ and am generally pretty happy with it. But I felt violated by this garage. I have worked with the garage manager and he seems reasonable and I am hopeful we can work this out, but it see

I parked here new years event. Parking Garage is tight. When you first park it’s good but once event gets done and time go gets packed and maybe you wait 1-2 hour get Out. Also I was double charged here at This garage

I reserved this garage through SpotHero for about 5.5 hours and paid $13. Unfortunately, I went over by just 44 minutes and couldn’t extend my reservation through SpotHero. The garage then charged me $24 for those 44 minutes—almost double the cost of my entire original reservation. Paying more for less time doesn’t make sense, and this is a complete rip-off.. Be cautious when using this garage. Avoid this garage if you can.

Bad bad bad, was wrong parking and they charged us just to get out $18 bucks scammers thats what they do unbelievable

Yesterday, I went to pick up my car and it was broken into, attempted car jacking, and of course items stolen. So the thieves must've had ample time to swift through, try to get the car started, they probably took a nap and restarted, without a worry in mind. This is not a secure parking garage. I reached out to the owners, no contact as of yet. This is at their 406 Grand location.
