LAZ Parking - Rutland Multi-Modal Transit Center Garage

The parking garage used to be fine. They have added an alarm that sounds like a bird screeching that goes off constantly. This alarm can be heard from one block away from the building and within the offices at the neighboring building. While walking in the parking garage I feel unsafe because I can no longer hear my surroundings. This is a terrible change to an otherwise fine Peking garage. I did not mind the presence of other birds before but this fake bird sound is ear piercing and needs to change.

Easy to find, decent rates, and plenty of available spaces! I used the chargers, and didn't get nearly as much of a charge as I expected, so I still had to run over to the EVGo after, but that could have been because of the temperature. I love that the doors lock, and you need your ticket to get back in!

cheap pricing. my only issue is that you get locked out of the garage if you do not bring ur ticket with you. it requires the ticket to go into elevator/stairs and the gate is closed. customer service was closed when i got back to my car. i spent about 45 minutes waiting until someone was leaving the garage to which i ran theough the gate before it closed. i would come back again but i just wish there was a better warning or something to know to bring ur ticket with you. the sign is so small and not too noticeable

I entered my credit card at the entrance which is used as a "ticket" so when I use it at another terminal to get out I can get charged appropriately. Went up the ramp. Parked. Went to an event up the street. About two hours later I returned to locked doors. They make you walk to a separate building where it it also is locked but has a place to enter your "ticket" (credit card). I put the same card in. The terminal didn't recognize it! I panicked. I tried a few more times. Didn't recognize my card. Finally it prompted me to call support. I tapped the button and it unlocked the door. Went up a flight of stairs to nothing. Went up another flight to a locked door; finally after one or two more flights I got to an exit that brings people to the actual parking garage. My car at this point was t

It's cheap. It's clean. It's covered. It's centrally located. It's well lit. It's secure. I don't know why more people don't use this parking garage (but I appreciate all the available spots they leave for me). I would like to be able to use contactless payment with my phone, though. Note: I did have trouble getting back into one of the locked doors with my credit card one time, so now I just get the printed ticket to scan and it's not a problem.
