LAZ Parking - Stuytown Garage 1

I've been garage 1 customer for 10 years. But today's happening was so disappointing I don't know her name. When I entered garage, she all of a sudden stop my car and took a photo. So I asked what is the purpose for that and she acting like a boss and her behavior was so aggressive, arrogant and rude. There was no respect. For 10 years every morning, I park myself at empty space wherever. I have no problem for 10 years. Today she complained to me I have to stop my car in front of sign which I understand even though I haven't done for 10 years. If it is rule, fine. I get it. But she didn't listen to me and didn't give me a chance to explain what I used to do and why. My voice was loud because she didn't listen to me and didn't give me a chance, besides her voice was more loud. She said

Rude, unprofessional staff. I arrived asking to pick up my car not exactly sure what I needed to do and the guy is all like “You want your car I need a ticket, I can’t do nothing if I don’t have a ticket.” Okay? I had a ticket, just ask me for it. Then I give him the ticket, pay, and he can’t find my keys. He starts cussing and complaining and telling me it’s not his fault. I don’t care whose fault it is, I want you to assure me that my car is okay not how inconvenient this is for you. I end up going home, get a call an hour later and they’ve found my keys. Terrible experience, makes me never want to give my car to valet service again. 0 stars if I could.

Unfortunately had the experience of parking here monthly for a bit. What a nightmare. There's multiple valets who drive your car as if it's the INDY 500. The carelessness is insane. If you don't care about wear and tear on your vehicle, no worries. Not to mention, picked up 3 new large dents on my doors due to lack of space (managements fault, not the garage), surprise though! The garage isn't liable! It was obviously my fault for trusting them, silly me. Valets constantly are new because they can't retain their employees (bad management). They overbook monthly and daily spots so if you're lucky enough to actually get a parking spot (not exaggerating) it will end up getting completely blocked in (greedy management). Not to mention if you're 4 days late due to cancelling a lost credit car

The guys were great, welcoming, and we barely had to wait to get the car. The location is awesome if you're gonna be near Stuyvesant Town/ABC 's....

The gentleman that runs the office in Garage # 1 is awesome! Always professional, helpful and courteous! Happy I park monthly with LAZ
