LAZ Parking - Stuytown Garage 5

Showed up right on time to pick up my car, waited 7-8 minutes for them to bring it around, and then—surprise!—was charged an extra $18 for pulling out late. They wouldn't budge on this either. Just a warning to anyone out there to show up well before you're supposed to leave, because they will LEAVE YOU ON THE HOOK!

We paid the extra fee for the EV Charger. They first could not get to work as the attendant did not have the right key. Poor management. Manager told the attendant that some would come to get our vehicle to charge. We return to find out no charge took place. The new attendant said the the management were bad and that he could not help.

Pros: No line, easy in and out, accepted Spot Hero, decent price, seemed safe. Cons: Had to wait for attendant both in and out. Guy parking cars says "there's supposed to be 2 guys up here". Also, the gate arm was stuck in the UP position... My car was fine and they were friendly. 8/10 would park here again IF I happen to be in Alphabet City...

We parked the car for 1 week and both times we have to wait 2 hours not good at all i feel bad for the guy who is working there
