LAZ Parking - Stuytown Garage 6

I feel like the people who wrote reviews about the employees being rude just aren’t from NY. They were fine. Anyway, I booked the day before on SpotHero and it ended up being a seamless transaction. Will park there again

I would highly recommend this garage. We chose it based on someone else's recommendation but then after reading reviews was skeptical. It was easy to find and access. Both staff members on arrival and departure were extremely attentive friendly and professional. This will now be our go to parking place when visiting our son and the east village.

I never leave negative reviews but this one is warranted. Parking attendant was extremely erratic and not just rude but openly hostile and aggressive, seemed like he was on some kind of substance. He appeared angry that I had the audacity to come in his garage with my paid reservation. I felt unsafe just being there, I absolutely would not trust him with my car. Will be requesting a refund from customer service. Upon reading further reviews it seems like the same employee who has harassed other customers is still working there. Avoid this place at all costs. Went to the parking garage down the street and had no problem

Parking attendant Jose, was no where to be found to park our car when we entered. So we tried to park ourselves and then he came out and yelled that he is supposed to park it. It was our first time here and I explained that to him. He was nasty, rude, misrepresented the price and yelled and made a scene and ran after our car when we were leaving the garage when we picked up the car and already paid the attendant the price we were told and what was on the website. This was our first day moving into Stuytown. Not a good first impression. Avoid this location.
