LAZ Parking - The Amberly Garage

This business is gross and disgusting. One of the attendants took my key with him by mistake and pretended that the keys were still in the garage somewhere. After being told that I would be compensated for my Uber after going home and getting my spare I came back and the key was mysteriously found by the attendant who came back. The attendant Tony was apologetic and very helpful and he informed me that his boss would cover my Uber expenses. I filled out a form and gave them my receipt and contact information. It’s been two months and I haven’t heard back from them after several attempts of contacting the boss. Do not leave your car here. They’re extremely unprofessional and aside from the attendant, Tony, they’re incompetent and crooks

Entered garage at 9:45 AM, left at 8:45 PM, got charged $27. When I brought up this sign he said it’s “not true” and “bullshit” and “only on weekends” which it doesn’t say at all in any fine print on the sign. I will never use this garage again. Deceptive rip off.
