LAZ Parking - The Bostonian Boston Self Park

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. PARK ELSEWHERE!. I wish I had read the reviews. I have been to Boston a few times and understand that parking is not cheaper. THIS GARAGE WAS $38 FOR 65 MINUTES! I was shocked when I went to the kiosk to pay. Considering the condition of the garage and how disgusting the elevator was, I was expecting a fair price. For this price they should do some maintenance. Seems like LAZ also has a monopoly in the area which doesn't help.

Worst parking service I’ve ever used. Their awful, fiddly, buggy website constantly labeled the mm field as incorrect despite it being exactly what’s on my card. It only worked with the Apple Pay feature on someone else’s phone. We booked for 10:30 - 3:30 and finally were able to pay. Five hours go by and when we leave the garage the booth charges us 40 dollars for a late fee. Somehow it changed our departure time to 12:30 despite the fact we clearly booked for 3:30.

PAY ONLINE IN ADVANCE! If you pay online prior to arrival it’s around $30 for the day. If you pay in person after you’ve arrived it’s around $45 for the day. Once you’ve paid online the entry gate will automatically open when you arrive (via scanning your license plate). The same happens when you’re leaving. If you do the online option it’s seamless and relatively affordable.

Was charged $45 to park for less than 2 hours on a Saturday morning despite LAZ's website saying it would only be $22. Apparently that's only the rate if you reserve online(?), because I decided to just pay when leaving the garage, and that's the only way I found out it was $45, as the rates didn't seem to be posted anywhere when I entered the garage. Seems to be deliberately misleading.

A lot of parking spots and if you purchase online (I use SpotHero) the price is reasonable for this area
