LAZ Parking - Washington St Garage

Horrible security. Both me and another lady had our belongings stolen out of our cars either last night or the night before. When asked to check cameras they said they would, but they don't. Trying to file a police report and get them to give the footage is like pulling teeth. Cost 100 bucks a month for the worst security, service, and over all professionalism. Im about to cancel my subscription with them, and park on the street, cause its literally the same thing.

Says your handicapped accessible, but how is the wheelchair supposed to get up the stairs to the elevator????.Worst parking garage ever! Construction in the center of garage, makes me question how "safe" it actually is if this is your attempt to be handicapped accessible..

No customer service. Never available even though it says 24 hour access to customer service for needs. Doesn’t matter how many times I go to the booth or call. And when I can get a worker to assist it’s from another garage station who has an attitude they have to help me because people aren’t doing their jobs at this one.

Kendy is the Area Manager for the Syracuse Laz Parking garages. She went above and beyond to help me with a special parking accommodation for my daughter who attends Syracuse University. This garage has got to be one of the most disorganized and poorly managed that I have ever seen. You aren't able to pay online, with a credit/debit card, or with cash. Only checks. The only way to enroll/cancel is in writing; they don't even have an online portal to do this stuff in 2020. Personally, after I enrolled, it took me 3 weeks to finally get approved. I had to pay for daily parking every day during that, which was nearly $120 for those 3 weeks. The security guards are asleep in the office half of the time or in their cars by the front not paying attention to anything.
