DO NOT PARK HERE. They refused to accept my SpotHero pre-payment and charged me an additional $30 to get out of the garage. The customer service agent on the pay machine was INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful. She hung up on us 5 times before barely responding to our need for help to get out. We ended up having to pay just to get out of the place. Do not recommend.
Booked online, had no issues
Got stuck inside and every support attendant hung up on me except for shaunda that let us out right away
