LAZ Parking - Woodside Central Garage

All these low reviews are true, and probably would be a 0 if possible. I’ve lived in the building and not once have I had a positive experience. I’ve watched Valet Attendants pocket cash to let people park in the garage. I’ve been approached in an aggressive, rude, and unprofessional matter on multiple separate occasions. I reserved parking today due to the snow storm that’s rolling in, after walking up with all my stuff I realized I left my house keys in the center console. I rushed downstairs hoping my vehicle wasn’t moved so I could grab them. The attendant was opening the driver door as I frantically said wait, he proceeded to get into my car, execrate and beep at me to move. I yelled I left my house keys can I grab them, he then got out of the car, slammed the door and walked away. Ma

I live in the same building as the parking area at Woodside Central. I approached with a simple question, and before I could finish, I was met with a rude and aggressive response. I will make sure to get their name next time and update this review accordingly. People like this should not be working serving others. The attitude was completely unprofessional and made the interaction very uncomfortable.

Dropped my girlfriend off here, as she lived in the building. There was no valet parking only sign. But then a guy walked up and yanked my car door open aggressively and without warning, kicking me out of my own car as I was trying to turn to get out of the lot. Kicked my girlfriend out of the car too, even though there was no reason to. He claimed he was valet for the lot, and didn't let me drive my own car out. Didn't like that I was watching him, a literal stranger who yanked my door open, try to figure out how to drive my car (it's a manual) and kept aggressively wiggling my shifter. Eventually he rolled the car out, and kept wiggling my shifter while sitting in my car well after it was out. I hope this is a one time thing, but the comments suggest otherwise. Terrible experience. The spot was booked as "self park". There were no attendants around at arrival (and another car was parked in front of the attendant spot??), so we parked the car as it was sold as self park. We were then approached aggressively by two people claiming to work there. Neither were wearing ANYTHING that represented LAZ and refused to show any valid ID that they worked there. They just kept insisting on taking the keys from us. Their story kept changing and they also continuously tried to separate our group and isolate people during the incident. We were all left to feel very uncomfortable and unsafe during our experience here. We left within 5 minutes of arriving. Would not park here again or recommend to anyone I know.

I’ve been a monthly customer since just after the garage opened. Always found the service to great. The guys are super friendly and the process for requesting a car is typically super efficient. Thanks for my car safe and sound!
