We were very impressed that Ozzie arrived within an hour of our call to promptly replace our front door lock. Although he didn’t have the exact lock sign (open/close) for our door, he graciously returned on his own time and replaced it with the correct sign a few days later. Additionally, he made two important and helpful adjustments to our large commercial door that allowed us to lock the door with ease and to eliminate the loud sound that occurred when the door was opened all the way! His price was very reasonable and accurately reflected the extended time and multiple services provided. We strongly recommend that you consider using Ozzie and their excellent services!

We had them install a Yale Nest and it came out perfectly. He was fast and efficient. Even took the initiative to fix our main door handle deadbolt that wasn’t clicking in. Would highly recommend LB Locks!!
