I visited the store to purchase spray paint for our kitchen cabinets. The invoice clearly stated “Pure ivory,” but the product I received was labeled “Pure white.” I returned the incorrect product today because I had to buy the correct color from another store. However, when I returned the product, I was told that it was the same as the ivory color. This was a very misleading and disappointing experience. I was unable to discuss the issue further because I was already running late. The sales assistant tried to convince me that the product was the correct color, even though the description on the invoice clearly stated “white” instead of “ivory.” I didn’t want to open a product if it was incorrect, so I decided not to use it.
