Lci Concrete

In Spring 2022, LCI earned our business after multiple bids for a new concrete driveway on newly purchased home. Kevin’s customer service and price made the choice easy. The only concerns I had during project was when I ask the workers, who smoking while pouring concrete, to please not leave their cigarettes in our yard due to young kids. The workers also tossed their sandwich scraps in our yard. Figured animals would eat them so I let it slide. The outcome of the driveway was beautiful though. However, almost a year after the project was done, that wonderful customer service went away. After multiple calls, voicemails, text messages, and shared pictures showing pitting and flaking concrete on our driveway, we lost hope without a response. We tried to be diligent with reaching out

Seemed great at first with responsiveness and looked good. After a few months, we had tons big divots and cracks. After we noticed the damage, we could never get ahold of anyone about fixing it.

Being a woman and not knowing much at all about concrete, Kevin and his team were great to work with. They explained the options I had for the driveway I wanted done in terms I understood. I appreciated the thoroughness and the outcome of my driveway!! Thank you LCI concrete.

Had concrete slabs poured. Company bid included hauling debris away, including old landscaping bricks. Roots and lumber etc. Debris was left in spots of the yard including pile of dirt. They cleaned their equiptment and dumped their buckets in the yard. Was told by owner after concrete work done that he forgot to tell workers to grab debris and was told he would stop by following week to pick up debris. He never followed up with it. Messaged owner and have been ignored. Will not use company for new driveway next year.

Showed up on time, and finished a my patio efficiently and worked in a very respectful and polite manner.
