Less than 12 hours after reaching out to them, we have a whole new system installed, just in time before the winter storm hits. Luke was very responsive and helpful when guiding us through the process of replacing our outdated unit. He was promt and efficient while he was at the house and we have peace of mind knowing he will be available if we have any additional needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They came to our house to check our air conditioning unit and told me they had to order a part needed and they were supposed to call me to let me know what day they will came back home to replace it but they never came back and didn’t even call back. They also left the unit with part disassembled I’m very disappointed with their service definitely wouldn’t recommend it!!!

Luke just left my house. He was great and really experienced with my unit We didn't have any heat I called them around 1pm and he was here before 5pm got it repaired and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Luke and his crew did an amazing job installing a new HVAC system in our home. The placement of the system in our attic is very difficult to get to. However, the guys really took their time to do it right and professional. They actually stayed until 9:00 pm to make sure it was done right! L&D is very professional and reasonable priced. I couldn't believe the cost difference compared to other companies we received quotes from. I would recommend L&D is anyone. We slept like babies last night! Thank you Luke and Crew!!

I got Luke’s company info from my finance company and looked him up here for reviews. They were not wrong and didn’t disappoint. Luke answered my call first thing and squeezed me in. Every time I called, he answered and showed up before schedule. I was immediately comfortable and had all confidence in his estimate. He gave me a date tentative to start. He showed up EARLY by a week! His crew was friendly, professional and welcoming. They helped by going above to help my mom and I with the things I wasn’t equipped with. They were attentive to my dogs and careful not to let them loose, helpful to my neighbor in need and were in and out in the time they promised. This is how you impress a new customer and this is the company you should trust. Highly recommended!!
