I recently got a Lowe's Card and I worked with Shannon in the Customer Service Dept. Talk about a Blessing to work with in today's world. Shannon was a breath of Fresh Air. Very Fun and Pleasant to work with. She made the process fast, easy and It went Smoothly. Shannon had said she was recently transfered to this location "My Store". YAY. I hope she stays, because she is a Keeper for sure. I even talked to her boss and told them she needed a Raise and they needed to keep her here. I was told that message would be passed along. Thank you Lowe's for adding Shannon to your team here in Camden. I look forward to seeing her any time I'm in the store. 🤗💕🤗

Thank you to the management on duty today at Lowes for the assistance in the Garden Center. The patience and professionalism of the gentleman cashier and lady from the front desk was appreciated. Purchases made were honoured with pricing and loading my utility trailer. Thank you for the positive experience. I will continue to shop locally!

Mark, in the paint department was phenomenal! I had to ask what in my opinion was the dumbest question and he made me feel good about it! Answered it nicely, made me laugh and truly cares about his job and the customers experience. Very satisfied with his help and character!

I WAS going to give a 1 star for the lack of help I received from one “bad apple” who told me he’d help cut some styrofoam insulation for me and then disappeared. But Aaron picked up the other guys lack of customer service and helped me get it cut. Thank you Aaron- YOU are what customer service is all about! I then needed some hay and Brandon was very helpful putting it in the trash bags as I was in a tractor (minus the trailer) and I couldn’t have loose hay inside. Thank you Brandon for your help and being so nice, you’re definitely all about the customer as I saw you help a lady with a Christmas tree. To the mgr of this Lowe’s, these to guys need a raise because they are an asset to your store and company. (Remember, customers are always right!😂)

Always normally have what I need but last week I had to make the arm breaking lovely sunny and relaxing and calming drive over to beautiful Camden Lowes to get the specialty products I needed because Sumter didn't have it in stock ... ... ... ! I enjoyed the day/drive and chance to visit my friends over in historic Revolutionary & horse racing town of Camden SC
