I had a hole in my seat of my 2026 Lucid. Other upholstery shops said they couldn’t fix it, and Lucid was only willing to g to install a new seat. I called this shop and they were able to make the repair and you can’t even tell there was a hole in the first place!!! Very responsive and communicative too. 🙌

I sent in multiple seatbelts and one module to be reset. Everything came back in great shape except for one seatbelt that didn't work with my car. I sent it back, emailed them, and included my contact info inside the box, but I never heard back. After a few weeks, I reached out to customer support. They promised to look into it but never followed up. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response. I ended up losing my original seatbelt and had to buy a brand-new one. Terrible service.

L&D Solutions Inc. did an outstanding job on my seats. The upholstery work was top-notch with excellent attention to detail, and the final result looks amazing. Great customer support, however L&D Solutions was unable to reset my seat belt pretensioners or my module. More annoyed by the lost time sending parts back and forth just for the resets to be unsuccessful. I sent in both my seat belt pretensioners and airbag module after my 2010 Corvette was in a front end collision with bags blown. L&D’s website states ALL makes, models, and years were eligible for these services. Got a call from L&D they couldn’t do that type of seat belts but could do the module. Was refunded the cost for the belts and got my parts back a few short days later. I sent the belts off to another company for reset and they were able to do it no problem. I have used this type of service before from other vendors with no success, and so I was skeptical that it would work this time but L&D Solutions came through and it worked without a hitch! I wasn’t too concerned about the seatbelt unlock service, but more so the SRS module reset, as that has been proven to be problematic for me in the past. When I plugged everything back in and installed the belt, no airbag lights on the dash! Not only that but L&D had all the items serviced and back to me in a very timely fashion. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
