My shower on the second floor was leaking and water was dripping through the ceiling on the first floor. The owner came out and fixed the leak, but never finished the project. He charged me for the work completed and then provided me with an estimate for the remaining work. After a couple of months of follow up calls, he finally sent somebody out to finish the work; however the person that came out said he had to charge 3x to 7x the initial estimate that the owner had quoted in order to finish the job. I called the owner and he denied providing me the initial estimate. I would not recommend this plumber. If you do hire him for a job I would strongly recommend getting a written estimate first.
