Sharon Barr is an amazing, considerate and highly respected and knowledgeable professional. She and her well-trained Team conducted a thorough lead inspection of my rental property recently. Her responsiveness and follow up before and after the inspection were second to none. A ray of light in a sea of darkness. This lead certificate journey has been stressful, and has a lot of people in the state scrambling. Lead Safe Inspections has made it as easy as possible to work towards compliance, while also being responsive and communicative, in a time of year that i imagine they are inundated with work. They have more information available through their website than the state offers, and made me feel like there was a path towards the finish line, where the state's lack of information has most people feeling a bit lost. I, personally, feel like they get it, and are an example of exactly what this process should be like.

She helped us with all of our properties and worked with the contractor to make sure everything passes the first time around.
