LeafFilter Gutter Protection

The sales pitch was great, and we agreed to have the Leaf Filter system installed. From there, it’s been one issue after another. On the day of installation, no one showed up. It was rescheduled, and when the technician finally came, he said they were overbooked and it would take two days to finish. After installation, we started having issues with debris sitting on the gutters — the very problem this system was supposed to solve. We were told everything would blow or wash off easily. It does not. We even had bees build a nest in one of the corners where there was a gap in the system. We called to schedule service, and that’s where things went from bad to worse. I didn't expect to get gutters, though mine were clogged and old. I was only looking for an estimate. But I finally got a great off-season quote I couldn't pass up. I was impressed with the sales visit, its thoroughness and organization. And I'd needed to divert water better, away from the house. I also recently experienced a tree falling and damaging the old gutter. The team was conscientious. David answered all my questions before and after the install, and he was happy to address a few things I pointed out afterward. I no longer see dripping out my window, and I know I won't see water gushing over the clogged garage gutter. I recommend this team and their service.

Everything went well from sales to install. The installation team was fantastic. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and delivered a solid installation. I’m a licensed contractor, and a Director for a large construction firm in the DC area, and I’m very satisfied with this company

The technicians were very friendly. Their machine kept blowing my circuit breaker, so he said he had to go get it fixed. I had to call the next day to find out when they were coming back and was told the following day. They came back late afternoon and it was dark by the time they finished. So I couldn't really examine the installation. Not as professional as I would expect from a company with this stature.

My leaf filter representative was Chris Mckinley (hope it’s spelled correct) he is really good at what he due and is really knowledgeable about his craft all together my experience was excellent.
