LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Steven was extremely helpful and spent three hours doing a full presentation on the leaf filter product. He had to almost completely repeat the presentation when my husband got home from work. Steve did a full inspection and evaluation of house and showed us where are gutters were failing. We appreciated all his efforts and hope to keep him in WA. We’d love to have him here for the installation.

We initially had one filter installed on a problematic gutter as a proof of concept. That afternoon a heavy rain confirmed the efficacy of the filter immediately. Wow! We called to have the rest installed. Only by persisting with multiple calls per week for more than a month did we finally get a call back and an appointment for install. The central call center was useless in fulfilling our request. Only when we were able to find someone who gave us the local number to call were we able to get our wonderful filters. At last, we have peace of mind in these atmospheric river episodes.

Hello Leaf Filter. This is two Reviews in one. Thank you for sending Justine to my home to make the installation assessment on 2-13-26. It was an automatic relief to see a woman sales person. During these Trump years racism and sexism is on the rise and older ladies like me are even more vulnerable to being disrespected or out right swindled. Justine was knowledgeable, informative, explanatory and open to finding ways to bring my cost down. I felt I could trust her and your business to complete the job as promised. She gave me confidence in your service. On 2-16-26 Chang the installer arrived to do the job. I would leave a -5 starr review if I could because my senior father had gutters installed after a new roof was put on and not knowing what a head ache it would have been going with a company that claims professional gutter installation. 1 The material was not what was promised by the sells man, the gutter material used is thin and flimsy. 2 The work was sub contracted out, which was never discussed or informed about. He was under the impression it was all in house. 3 The workmanship was so poor another contractor had to come out and rectify the problems. They installed the gutters 2-3inches lower then the roof drip edge. 4 They were up on the roof kicking the gutters off instead of using the proper tools or hammers. 5 Then the other contractor that came to raise the gutters said Leaffilter

I really enjoyed Steven! First of all I want to say I know NOTHING about gutters after Steven took the time I feel like an expert now, he showed me all the different gutters, answered all my questions. I originally was going to get different quotes from other companies but I truly feel confident in choosing leaf Filter. Thank you Steven
