Every person representing this company has been wonderful to work with. The crew to install showed up then discussed a few details and they were hard at work. The weather turned on them but they did not stop, powered through with snow, teen temps and the night. The job was completed with head lamps, flashlights on a 3 story installs in wind and snow, truly impressive! Wow. Thanks you

They did a terrible job on installing the downspouts. On the house they were installed a foot or so above ground level so that the water runs downhill and away from the foundation. On the garage they put them all the way to the ground so on one the water has to run uphill to discharge and on the other it is level so you do not get much force to push the water away from the foundation. Now they want to charge $100 to come out and raise the downspouts. The installer was in such a hurry that he did not offer to walk around with me to look at what was done and I did not realize the were all the way to the ground until I had a chance to take a good look and see how they functioned when it rained later on that day. My Leaf Filter system was installed over a month ago with some workmanship issues that needed fixed, payment was demanded so I payed the salesman going by his promise that the issues would be fixed in the next few days. This did not happen, I called and was promised someone be right out, didn't happen, called again the install foreman called and promised to be out the next Monday or Tue. at the latest, that was 2 weeks ago and no call or text letting me know what's going on. I think I"ve been screwed. I'd say don't use them as they can't be trusted, it's a take your money and run type of operation.
