He explained everything in great detail and definitely enjoyed explaining the process of how the product was going to benefit us by having it! Several months ago I had gutters installed and during the process, the installers tore off $1,350 worth of shingles while removing the old gutter system. When I arrived home, the installer had me take pictures informing me that I needed to contact my roofers to have my shingles replaced as soon as possible to prevent damage from rain. I had just had a new roof placed 2 years ago. I don't understand why they didn't alert me to this prior to tearing off the shingles. I finally heard back from someone TODAY stating he had spoke with me about this earlier and that they had taken pictures. Pictures of what? They never should have torn shingles off my roof then had me pay to have them replaced. I want people to know about this as this was VERY wrong. A simple apology would have been nice but w

Caroline did an excellent job explaining and assisting us in getting our LeafGuard system. We purchased today and it will be installed tomorrow. So thankful to be receiving the wonderful system.
