Leak Hounds Plumbing, Leak Detection & Repiping

We had this company come to detect a leak for us. They said it was one problem (the toilet’s wax ring needed to be replaced). The leak continued, but luckily we had construction done on the same bathroom and they found that the actual problem was a broken pipe. We contacted them about it since the work that was done didn’t fix the problem (sent pictures of the broken pipe) and they said there was nothing they could do because the broken pipe was a “secondary problem” regardless of the fact that the problem still persisted after they said they “fixed” the problem the first time. Brent came within 3 hours of me calling to report our suspected leak. He was able to ascertain the location within a few minutes of arriving. He explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He was able to clearly show me where the leak was. He provided an estimate on the spot for two different repair options. I could not be more pleased with his professionalism. He even helped carry in packages that were on my front porch when he arrived. Way above and beyond for customer service!
