Very unprofessional, because American Home Shield uses them they worked on my home. After constantly informing them not to discuss any repair concerns to parties that are not involved they do. Also I asked about the repairs and was provided a text with a few words. I had to contact them because they didn't contact my management company with an update, the female stated American Home Shield pays her and I had to refresh her memory that I pay the company and I pay AHS and it is my home. Please beware and I will never use them again. It doesn't matter how many people you have to speak with you should notify the owner of the home what's going on. Will not use ever again.

I had a major plumbing backup. Within a couple hours of my warranty company assigning Leak Seekers, someone was out here fixing the problem. They were very professional, and efficient. Would recommend them and use them again!

However, my repeated experiences with Kaylee have been extremely frustrating and reflect poorly on an otherwise excellent team. Kaylee consistently fails to answer calls, does not return voicemails, and often ignores text messages for days. When she does respond, her tone is dismissive and unprofessional. We recently had Leak Seekers Plumbing install a new water heater, and the experience was excellent. Our technician, Dustin Hogue, arrived on time, was very organized, and treated our home with respect. He was courteous throughout the process and completed the job efficiently. We had a great experience using this company. They were so responsive. I called Kaylee multiple times throughout the day and she was also available through text. She was so friendly and informative. They came out the very next day from my initial call. Our plumbing professional showed up on time and within the time frame given. He was able to install two toilets with ease and within 3 hours time. That even included me running back to Lowe’s to get a toilet to replace one that had a crack (which he diligently noticed)! They quoted reasonable prices and gave honest opinions. I would definitely recommend and will be returning with more renovation projects!
