As a shoe lover I was exited to find this establishment on my new commuting route, however I was soon disappointed. Today I arrived at exactly 12:20 and my train was departing at 12:36. My intend was to drop off my shoes and pick them up at a later the time, with one customer leaving as I walked in, one customer at the counter and three attendants I assumed this would be and easy task, however the employee at the register with the other customer was taking a long time and the other two attendants seem confuse and did not know how to operate the tablet. I even offered to leave my phone number in a card with my shoes and I will pick the shoes later , I will even leave it payed in cash, but they seem unmoved and uninterested to help a rushing commuter. Amazing! Dropped off very expensive La Canadienne and Stuart Weitzman boots for my wife and they came back looking better than new.

Blown away at the quality of their work! My expensive bag had seen much better days. It has been repaired and beautified, it’s dazzling once again!
