If I can give them a -5 star review, I would. WORSE customer service I have EVER experienced. The old man that answers the phone there is soooooo rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional. They DO NOT care about their paying families like the “advertise” on the radio and online. They say “we come out in the middle of the night for emergencies” and the BS! After calling ALLLLLLL DAY for a deliver and leaving NUMEROUS messages, they finally called back when they were already closing and said they would be coming out in the morning, leaving my family with no heat overnight at 13°! -10/10 WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Not even close o my worst enemy! GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!

It has been a week since someone came out to clean our furnace. We were told the part should come in a day or 2. When my husband called for follow up, the response was unprofessional and told, "Like, I said.. we will call you when it gets here." Our family has not had any hot water for a week. I cannot believe this is a family owned business!

I had called numerous places to get a price on a furnace cleaning. They quoted me 300.00. I thought it was a fair price. They came and were only here for 15 min. I was ready to pay the technician the 300.00 when he was ready to leave, but said they would send a invoice instead. Received bill and it is 420.00. I called back and spoke with the owner I believe. He said that "quotes are just an estimate". They only did the basic cleaning, vacuumed and brushed boiler and pipes, replaced oil filter, nozzle and strainer, bled lines. Please be careful with this company. Their word is not worth anything. I will never go back to them.

I wish I could give negative stars. This was the worst experience ever with a company. They blew us off for 2 weeks. The tech was rude and totally didn’t care we had no heat for 2 weeks!! Every time my husband talk to him it was a run around. He kept saying he was waiting on parts that he probably never even ordered. From the estimate we ordered our own motherboard. It took 2 days to come in and it was the right one. My husband installed it and that isn’t even the problem. They charged us $150 for the estimate. We had to call another company to get heat. I will tell everyone not to call this place. In fact RUN from them.

My husband started using these guys to get our oil from since their price was so much lower than their competitors. What they don’t tell you is that that discounted price is only if you pay within 5 days of delivery and they don’t automatically charge you. You have to call them and tell them to charge your card, which is enough of a hassle in itself. But then they never answer their phone.
