every experience i have had with ledford's has been positive. fantastic techs, as personable as they are knowledgeable. very thorough as well. the folks who answer the phones are also really nice and make scheduling a breeze. i would recommend them!

I want to especially shout out our technician Ryan, he is above and beyond in all areas. We have a son on the spectrum and Ryan has visited a couple times and he makes sure he’s accommodating and inclusive towards our son’s needs. For example he knows to knock lightly, and he is very mindful of the products he uses and their placement. This exceptional customer service is exactly how businesses build a pristine reputation and retain clientele. It means the world to us to have this interaction and we are deeply grateful. If all that wasn’t enough Ryan is also super knowledgeable and his insight has put my mind at ease that we are in good hands.

No ethic diversity, uncomfortable atmosphere. A feeling of being unwanted and only tolerated was felt. Would recommend a more progressive company to do business with. Columbia is a culturally diverse location. I got the vibe this business only likes certain individuals.

We had ants coming into our home and was devastated. We keep a super clean house and seeing swarms of ants in our kitchen is something that has never happened before. I called Ledford and the friendly lady (sorry I don't remember her name) at the other end of the phone made an appointment for someone to come out the very next day. Ryan came out and was just as nice and friendly as the lady that took my call. Ryan, who seems a bit shy, was informative and thorough in addressing this problem.
