Absolutely the WORST customer service by the owner’s daughter. No wonder there is a high staff turnover. They charged me for routine maintenance that was never performed. The building is LOCKED. You can’t access the inside to perform routine maintenance. Previously maintenance was always arranged ahead of time so the technician could access the building. No arrangement was made so I was billed for services not rendered. The daughter lied and told me I could reschedule. They wouldn’t. It sounds like they pressured the technician to perform an unscheduled maintenance just so they could charge me. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I wouldn’t trust this company, they hire people who are aggressive, and extremely dangerous risk takers. I don’t know if they’re running late for jobs or perhaps fowl tempered, but not someone that I would ever hire. Driving 113 northbound and exiting Gibson Avenue in Woodland, their driver put my life in serious jeopardy while breaking several laws.

No idea how good this service is or even what it is, but the driver cut me off on the road so 1 star
