BE WARNED: Lee’s Air will upsell and complete unnecessary repairs if you rely solely on their recommendations. I was charged over $1,300 for work that did not fix the original issue and later learned the repair was not necessary. I trusted their professional expertise, which turned out to be a mistake. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told a manager would call me back within 24–48 hours. That never happened, and no one followed up despite my attempt to address the situation. The lack of accountability and follow-through after taking payment is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any repairs from this company.

Diagnosed and fixed a leaking section of roof, a one day job. Prompt response; clear communication. Elijah, Adam , Favian, and the crew did all parts of the job professionally, with courtesy, and left the site cleaner than at the start. The work looks like it’s well done.

Brian from Lees Air and Plumbing did an absolutely outstanding job hooking up the natural gas lines to my new outdoor kitchen’s main bbq grill and separate side burner, while still maintaining separate control of my preexisting gas fire pit. To do so meant adding several tee connectors, metal pipes and hoses and two additional valves to customize the system to my preference. Actually quite a complex procedure. He also hooked up the sink, hot and cold water, and connected to the drainage system. The quality of the work is phenomenal and fully exceeded my expectations. In addition Brian is great to work with, friendly and responsive. We couldn’t be happier with the work Brian did to make our new outdoor kitchen fantastic! Thank you Brian.

As new homeowners, settling into our new place brought with it the usual uncertainties, one of which was the performance and reliability of our existing air conditioning system. We knew a tune-up was in order, but we truly weren't sure what to expect or if any major issues were lurking. From the moment Joseph arrived, his professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. He wasn't just there to perform a routine check; he approached the task with remarkable thoroughness. Actually ZERO stars. This place tried to rip us off to the tune of $60k. The “technician” told us we needed an entirely new system after coming to troubleshoot a leaky vent. He spent hours up in our attic taking things apart, but couldn’t really explain why we needed to replace the entire system. Just that he would have to have his manager call us to explain. Needless to say, we looked for a second opinion. We reached out to an out of town friend in the business. He made the trip out to us to assess the situation. Not only did he come to find that our entire system was working fine and just needed a few adjustments, but he let us know that the “technician” never bothered to put all the things back together that he took apart.
